Shipping and Handling:
Orders will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following credit card authorization. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. We currently only offer standard UPS ground shipping.
Purchasing & Returns:
Click the Checkout link in the top navigation bar when you're ready to place your order.
All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag first and click "Update". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit
card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now.".
Methods of payment:
We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
Wildlife Texas Online accepts the following credit cards:

· Discover
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number
and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement
exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists
Tax policy
We are required to collect sales or use tax on shipping and handling charges in Texas.
Orders Cancellation :
To cancel an order made by mistake or change of mind. Please contact us at 1-806-826-5516 immediately during our regular business hours. We are not responsible for all changes relating to unconfirmed cancellations through e-mail, or voice messages. We'll try our best to cancel your orders if made by mistake. No cancellations will be made once the package is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Our aim is to treat our customers as we ourselves expect to be treated. In order to provide efficent and rapid return service, Please follow following easy steps.
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Items may be returned within 30 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange
or refund based on the original form of payment.
Returns without an original sales receipt:
Refunds are based on the current selling price.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:
Follow these instructions to return any Wildlife Texas Online purchase by mail.
1. Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note
the reason why.
3. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if you'd like an exchange, let
us know what you want. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
4. Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned
prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

If your credit card or debit card is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your
